As part of the ongoing transformation of downtown Des Moines, the Krause Group relocated its operations to a new headquarters on the north side of the Pappajohn Sculpture Park. The building serves multiple companies within the Krause Group including the operations of the Kum & Go convenient store chain.

Kevin was the Associate in charge of the project from 2015 until its opening in November 2018. He lead the RPBW design team while coordinating with executive architect (OPN Architects), the construction manager (Ryan Companies), other design consultants, and the Krause Group.
